Our first stay at the Natura Palace was in June 2024. We were impressed with the hotel and booked again the following year - however the room we had the first stay had been overlooking the garden and the second stay had us in a room above the delivery area for the kitchens - it was very noisy and the partial view of the sea included a view of a roof covered in solar panels rather than the garden. Both views are definately 'partial sea view' - but the first one (top photos) was fantastic and the expectation of a room like that made us disappointed with the room on the second booking!
The dining room is well laid out and in the summer it is possible to dine on a terrace with a view of gardens and the sea. The food is of a very good standard and there is plenty of choice (though smoked salmon is rare). The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is good. Maid service was hit and miss - okay really, but following on from a holiday in Son Caliu we noticed it was not as good. In 2024 we had been given robes and slippers - but in 2025 that was no longer standard. The swimming pools are a good size and depth but the tiles need repair - you have to be careful not to cut your feet - many little tiles are displaced or cracked. A pool man cleans the pool and wipes down the hand rails daily and watches during pool hours. The pool on the left is heated (a bit) and the one on the right is not heated at all. There is a jaccuzi that is very popular with the guests. The views from the pools are wonderful.
